At High Hearts Farm, we had the opportunity to work with Equitopia and OLB Building Services, Equitopia run this renowned equestrian facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for their horses and clients.
Our team was entrusted with the task of enhancing the stables’ infrastructure by installing a new solarium, as well as installing all new distribution, small-power and LED lighting throughout the facility. This project allowed us to showcase our expertise in specialized electrical installations while also contributing to the well-being of the horses and the efficiency of Equitopia’s operations.
Our team were thrilled to collaborate with Stephen James BMW Group, a prominent automotive dealer in the United Kingdom. We were entrusted with the task of installing state-of-the-art Siemens SiCharge-D and AC-22 EV chargers and upgrading existing infrastructure at various sites in Southern England, making Stephen James BMW Group the second location in the UK to boast this advanced charging technology, as well as being the first automotive company to have the AC-22 EV Chargers installed.
The Siemens SiCharge-D EV chargers offer numerous benefits, making them an ideal choice. These chargers are 96% more efficient compared to traditional chargers, allowing for reduced energy consumption and lower operating costs. With the capacity to simultaneously charge up to five vehicles at once, these chargers cater to the growing demand for electric vehicle infrastructure while minimizing wait times for customers. The installation of these cutting-edge chargers showcases a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Another collaboration with Stephen James BMW Group that entailed a new upgrade for their outdated halogen lighting system, we opted to install an LED alternative which saves up to 90% of their energy which was previously going to waste, resulting in a happier working environment for clients and staff as we optimised the new LED lights to provide a far better quality of light in comparison to their older system.

Last week, JS Electrical completed a full light installation at a property in Stanmore, upgrading the entire building with 32W LED Galaxy lights. These bright, energy-efficient LEDs were installed throughout multiple floors, creating a well-lit and inviting atmosphere.
During the project, our team discovered that some of the existing external lighting wasn’t working on inspection the previous wiring had been routed inefficiently beneath the ground. We assessed the issue and provided a clean, effective solution to ensure that all wiring was properly installed for both safety and performance.

2 years ago, JS Electrical completed a full electrical installation from scratch for Workshop Coffee and have proudly continued to support them since.
Recently, we were called back to carry out some upgrades and add new 3-phase power points to accommodate their coffee roasters.
Using the containment system we installed during our previous work, we ran new circuits to serve the 32-amp outlet and integrated datapoints, ensuring everything was connected back into the existing unit. Our team tested and inspected the circuits to ensure everything was running smoothly, keeping their setup efficient and up to code.

In March 2023, JS Electrical proudly installed the first Siemens SiCharge D-EV in the UK, a major milestone in EV charging technology. This 140kW DC charger, which can fully charge a vehicle in just 15 minutes, sets new standards for fast and efficient EV charging.
We worked closely with Siemens, the manufacturer of this advanced charger, and UKPN, who provided the new power supply, to bring this project to life. Our team installed EV infrastructure across multiple sites, including Enfield and Bromley.
This project stands as the second location in the UK to feature this cutting-edge technology and the first automotive company to install AC-22 EV chargers. The Siemens SiCharge-D EV charger is 96% more efficient than traditional options, allowing for lower energy consumption and operational costs, while being capable of charging up to five vehicles at once.

We were recently called out to a newly purchased home where some electrical updates were needed. Our team relocated light switches to better fit the homeowner’s layout, added a few new ones, tucked away some loose cables in the ceiling, and ran wiring under the floorboards where necessary.
